So I start learning to be a PT tomorrow... I need to write an essay, because of that and finish all my University work before, because I will have no time for the next 4 weeks... But I’m honestly so excited; I have been waiting for this for almost a year now, since I became a BodyCombat instructor. I’m so happy I can do it, but at a same time I’m a bit scared. Because with these things you’ll never know if it will work out, but I hope for the best.
So because my course this week is three days and kind of 10 hours in one day; I need to prep my food. For this I need to buy some dates for snacking and think for other things to take with me. They have a coffee shop near there, but I there will not be any vegetarian options, so we’ll see what I will come up with. I will also try to blog about a meal prep on my blog. So, do any of you have good recipes for a long-long school day, that will be delicious and nutritious at a same time (I was thinking about making quinoa sushi)?
