I know it’s hard cause I’ve been there. it’s hard to talk about it to a complete stranger but my only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner. and I know it’s hard to find a good doctor but if you’re not happy with someone, keep looking. it’s worth it.

I know I should but the first step is the hardest one. I am not sure I'm ready to go myself and get help. Also I am not sure I trust psychiatrists here... -.-
