I probably will need to do Physical Therapy for the rest of my life but at the moment mental health makes that feel SO OVERWHELMING that I wish I could check myself into a magically ethical institution that would only let me eat after I do my Required Physical Therapy because I just can't self-motivate to even cook food and EAT half the time. Adding excersize to that sounds IMPOSSIBLE rn. I wish I could just exist in a tiny quiet room with no worries about rent or food money for a while, and hope I can process everything and catch up with the world around me. I'll get through it but I'm still gonna process my brain thoughts with weird little doodles!

The purple is used because it is the awareness color for chronic pain. Red and what are used the represent the tendons themselves. Black and dark red are used to represent loss of function

Chaste Tree Berry

Also known as : Chaste Berry, Vitex agnus-castus, Monks Pepper, Mu Jing, Agnolyt, Gattilier and Abraham’s Balm.

Properties : Expectorant, anti-asthmatic, sedative,anti-spasmodic, antibacterial.

As the berry is a natural hormone regulator don’t take if you are on HRT. Don’t take if pregnant..

saying i have a chronic foot condition is weird. like my bones don’t align, my tendon is barely connected to my foot, and i have no arch. i will need surgery in the next year (probably) and it sucks! not to mention im on my feet for 4 hours 4 days a week. AND the fact that i can barely pronounce it! i had to google how to spell posterior tibial tendon dysfunction. how tf am i supposed to remember it? also most people are diasgnoed with pttd are middle-aged. i’m 14 not 41! ugh i hate this. AND my abusive grandma also has it!

Pushing through the darkness prompt: what did paul tell his family about Freddie?

Paul told them what he told the jury: that he and Freddie were having an affair, and had been for a long time. That he loved Freddie.
