Why fans should stop forcing their own beliefs on Harry Styles and other artists!

Forcing your own personal ideas of what is important on others and demanding they support something you do and harassing them, their friends family and business associates on social media is a form of cyberbullying!

Not publicly endorsing something does not mean they do or don’t support it.

Stop publicly pressuring artists in the public eye to conform to your own personal belief system. They are people just like you who have the human right to choose what they do and don’t publicly support. Just as you have the choice, and you choose what to post and what not to post on platforms such a Tumblr and other well known social media platforms.

Harry Styles has acknowledged BLM with a post on his Instagram. Some people are still not happy and want more. I have seen people on Twitter demanding an apology for the perceived “hurtful failure to acknowledge a fan project”.

If the only reason you do a fan project(any project) is to seek and gain acknowledgment from artists then you are doing it for the wrong reasons. Fan projects are designed to show support of an artist and bring a  fandom together.

Just fucking stop trying to tell artists like Harry what he should/or should not support just to fit in with your own beliefs. Stop taking away their own very basic human right,of the choice to choose freely what to support publicly.

Harry Styles his friends, family, and business associates do not deserve nor have they done anything worthy of the level of cyberbullying and harassment I am seeing online.
