Last practice in the old @hotyogaeastnashville studio. Grateful for this new transition. I have learned & experienced alot since the studio opened. Why I do yoga? 1. Provides opportunities to relax and clear your mind. 2. Test the limits of what the body can do. 3. Learned to be physically & mentally strong & flexible . 4. Learned to find peace in uncomfortable situations. 5. Breathe through everything. 6. Provides opportunity relieve stress. 7. Great workout 8. Opportunity to connect my mind, body, spirit. 9.
