03: If you could change one event in your muse’s life (in their main or canon verse), what would you change?I think…I would leave the mutiny, because that was a thing that needed to happen, really, to clear the air between him and Jack, even if I don’t think Jack ever really understood exactly why Hector did it. But what I would change about that whole scenario is his belief in the curse on the Aztec gold. He isn’t stupid, and he knew even then that things existed in the world, but I think his greed and jubilation at finally getting rid of Jack clouded his judgement. So if anything, I’d make sure he never touched not a single coin of it. Would have never promised that payout to the crew if they conducted a mutiny on Jack. Would have left it completely alone and found something else to do, like actual pirating, since Jack was notorious for not doing any beyond wild goose chases. But over all, I’d make sure he never got cursed, because it did a real doozy on him.
14: How would you describe your muse to someone about to meet them, in person, for the first time?Oh, boy. Probably something along the lines of, “He’s kind of an ass, and he’s not pretty, but he’s hilarious and has an awesome personality. Just don’t agree to anything he says.”
