You think PuffHalo would have been more of a...thing? It barely even existed as far as I could tell.

Maybe it's because Puffy always kinda positioned herself as the willing third wheel/"I wanna see where this is going" perspective of the massively popular Skephalo but it seems like PuffHalo never even popped into many people's minds. Like it just...didn't happen???

Maybe because shipping Bad with anyone else was probably a war crime back in the day considering what an insane juggernaut of a ship Skephalo used to be. Especially considering it was for two less major characters. Key word is major. Just less.

But I dunno it seems like a cool ship maybe. Need to learn a bit more about Puffy even though I think I know her character a bit. Also I was presented with the possibility of it being chased because it was also a straight ship which....I didn't even consider. I didn't even notice it was a straight ship. Maybe because it's Bad.

Shipping went crazy and Puffy spent a SOLID amount of time around them. It's just a weird blip. Maybe there's an underground PuffHalo community? Who knows.

what about dom/top cpuffy? or sam

i think top cpuffy is absolutely in the cards. i wouldn't call her stone top but she's definitely more of a giver than a receiver. dom, though? i think it depends! i don't ship cpuffy with many people, mostly just channah, sometimes cbbh (i actively dislike puffychu sorry </3) and in those two ships, especially concurrent with eggpire, it's very rooted in power struggle. i don't think puffy comes out on top of that struggle.

post-eggpire i don't see those ships engaging in any strict dom/sub dynamics, and im not even sure i see puffhalo at all post eggpire (i like them mostly as the respective leaders of pro-omelette vs eggpire, but i could be convinced).

puffyrose post-eggpire is a very "i can fix her" ship that does put puffy in more of a position of control, and i would say puffy doms hannah as opposed to the reverse post-eggpire... but i also don't think they're very likely to be having sex with dom/sub dynamics. i think the sex they're having is emotional and angsty and if any roles could be applied to it i would just describe puffy's as "service." which mostly just translates to topping lmao.

awesamdude is violently switch & vers to me and picturing him as strictly dom/sub or top/bottom just doesn't feel correct to me haha. i think in practice he ends up topping more just because he's physically larger than other characters, and he himself has this expectation that his partners will want him to top, but without that expectation he is fully 50/50 on it all. i do have a soft spot for subtop sam though, especially with quackity and/or dream.
