Canon description: Zir evil laugh is feared throughout all of Dragon City. The Mwahaha Dragon has a twisted brain and plays dirty, so don’t ever trust zir! Oh, and if you hear zir laughing… run!
Personality: Unpredictable, inventive, active, tolerant, demanding, fair, cheerful, protective and loving. PuffinStar has a soft spot for kids, babies, toddlers, eggs, hatchlings and dragonets. Despite zir "boogeyman" reputation, ze can never actually harm nor scare them.
Appearance: A quadrupedal, muscular dragon with large yet short horns. Ze has dark blue fur, long, sharp red claws, and three red-tipped tails. Ze has a perpetual wicked-looking grin with a row of big sharp fangs spread across zir face. Zir eyes are orange and ze has no visible pupils.
Skills/Attacks: 1. Judo Throw: Ze will body slam and hold zir enemy down. 2. Snow Storm: No matter what the weather is, ze can create a cloud to rain hail upon zir target. 3. Punch: Ze punches zir target. 4. Leech: Ze can create energy and blood sucking leeches out of shadows. When faced with a faster enemy or prey, ze will throw these leeches at them and follow the blood trail until zir victim doesn't have blood nor power to keep moving, than kill them for good. 5. Icy Wind: Ze can create cold, freezing gusts of air. 6. Black Hole: Ze can create a small black hole to change the direction of gravity for a short amount of time. 7. Cryogenic Freeze: Ze can freeze objects and shoot sharp, ice shards and bullets out of the frozen parts. 8. The Grim Reaper: Ze can create a huge, sharp scythe out of shadows to cut zir enemy down. 9. Ice Lung: Ze can breathe a black cloud of cold air and frost. 10. Shadow bending: Ze can control darkness and shadows. 11. Ice Bending: Ze can control ice, frost, cold air and snow flakes. 12. Ze has night vision. 13. Ze has a very strong bite. 14. Doctorate: Ze has great knowledge of ice, snow, snowflakes, cold air, blizzards and arctic animals. 15. Masters: Ze has great knowledge of astrology, death, afterlife, monsters, curses, planets and shadow tricks.
Facts: PuffinStar can't stop grinning even if ze wants to, since ze hatched like that. While this makes it hard for ze to express zir emotions correctly, ze has no problem with it as ze thinks it makes zirself seem more scarier and unpredictable.
As a result of this problem, his eyes and pupils hint about his emotions. When he is happy and calm, PuffinStar's eyes stay pupilless. However, when he is sad/emotional or embarrassed, black snowflakes appear in his eyes as pupils. And when he is angry or impatient, cyan crescents appear as pupils. These pupils changes don't affect his vision.
Ze dislikes fairy lights, candles and fireworks.
He has a collection of feathers, blankets and pillows.
Zir favorite animals are foxes, seals and hyenas.
PuffinStar's favorite hobby is exploring caves and abandoned places.
Ze loves eating pies, especially blueberry pies. Ze also loves slushi and ice creams, especially when they are minty.
PuffinStar doesn't mind nor care if others mis pronouncing zir name and species.
PuffinStar's horns are not only zir actual horns, but they also work as ears, too.
His birth name is actually "Puffinstar", but he prefers to write it with the capital s to make it look cooler.
Backstory: Born to Dark Dragon, Happy, and Ice Dragon, PuffinStar always been aware of humans. He always knew what they were doing and what kind of life they were living. Unlike some humans, he knew how dangerous they were to each other and their offsprings, especially on Christmas and New Years. As such, he started to come to Earth and force parents to keep an eye on their children by scaring them; while attacking, scaring and killing every "suspicious" person for trying such things.
