I am so sick of those little whiners who constantly talk about how Batman should kill the Joker and how it's stupid that he doesn't like it's always the people who have never picked up a batman comic in their lives like why are they so pressed on it??? If Batman killed all of his antagonists we wouldn't have all these great characters who have redeemed themselves. Batmans respect for the sanctity of human life is one of his best qualities and I refuse to hear otherwise, not killing people isn't a crime, he explicitly finds it immoral and wrong to kill people, playing the judge jury and executioner is wrong in his book even if they're violent criminals that he himself has admitted to wanting to kill. I really don't understand where you guys are coming from because it is genuinely so small minded, there are other Gotham vigilantes dude, ones that kill people, they're like right in front of your face, you can read those comics if that's the type of character you like stop shitting on Batman for being perfectly reasonable. And don't even get me started on the people who just reply to the people bitching with "Batman has a savior complex" as if that explains anything. Batman doesn't not kill because he has a savior complex, and that is the most boring and inefficient counter argument you could've made. I seriously do not understand this argument though, it is not Batmans duty to kill the Joker, he has no obligation to it, and he's made it clear from the start that he would never kill why expect him to? I know if I personally was in his position I could never take a life and It's not ridiculous to say that.
