A parting needs to flatter your face shape, and a guide I found to go by is:

🌼ROUND FACES :

Lengthen your face by parting in the center to accentuate the symmetry, or a deep side part.

🌼SQUARE FACES :

A slightly off center part balances and softens square faces.

🌼HEART FACES :

Side parts can draw attention away from a pointy chin, and minimizes wide foreheads.

🌼OVAL FACES :

Lucky you, any part suits you!
