So there's an FF7 spin off called Dirge of Cerberus which was on the PS2. Dirge of Cerberus had an online multiplayer mode with a separate prequel story that was never available outside of japan. The Japanese only muliplayer mode story had a minor NPC added to boost the player's level in exchage for money.

That NPC was a tsviet called "Pullum" who was always shown wearing a moogle hat.
