I had an insane stress induced sugar craving last night but like absolutely no dessert or sweet snacks in the house to satisfy it and pulling out a cookie recipe felt like way too much work at 8pm.
So I threw a can of pumpkin, condensed milk, a splash of soy milk (we don't have regular), eggs, vanilla, and spices in a casserole dish and threw it in the oven. And honestly??? Absolute W moment.
