Muffin Making (:

So the process of making these muffins was a lot of fun. It was an easy recipe to follow and everything went smoothly. I was nervous mixing everything together because it did state to not mix it too much. I had to ask the TA how much to exactly mix it because I did not want to ruin the recipe by mixing it an unnecessary amount. 

Here is everyone’s muffins and how they all turned out. The top right muffins came out differently than the rest of the classes. Chef said this was because that there may have been an error in measuring the flour, by adding to little, or another ingredient was added and there was too much of it. This made the chocolate chips to sink to the bottom when it was baking and not rise like the rest of the muffins.

This was our groups muffins. They tasted amazing but they were a little difficult to get out of the pan. Chef said that we did not spray the pan enough, which could have been the only reason. But other than that he tasted them and said they were good, which is awesome because this is his wife’s recipe and I did not want to ruin it.
