The hell? How could she punish you for having a chronic illness? It not like it's your fault

on monday she explained tht me missing work, makes her ‘look bad.’ so, i need to stop calling out sick (like it’s in my control). then thursday, i was out ill and she emailed me, no concern about how i was doing, just a punishment.

so to answer to your rhetorical question- she cares more about optics, than my health. sucks, but she’s head honcho and i’m just an employee. :/
