I don’t know if drinking collagen really works but I like starting the morning with it. Tried some different brands. Puori is a Danish brand and supposedly used by Victoria Beckham. If it’s good enough for her it’s good enough for me 😜 Doesn’t taste anything so ok to put in smoothies etc. My favourite is a French brand Nature Attitude Collagène Marin de Bretage Pamplemousse. Nice taste of grape, super fresh.
