As if the past doesn't teach anything, here is another excellent example of utter disgusting nonsense: http://twitlonger.com/show/h4d379
To SOME ELF (stop generalizing, it's some, not the whole fandom. SOME):
"As PURE. ELF, we are against this since it is SUJU concert, not exo concert."
Pure? How pure can you be trying to protect love with hate? (and oh yes I am getting the meaning of "pure" - it's a slight and bad pun on my side, but the question following it, is serious). "Pure elf" is just as disgusting of an expression as "pure blood" is. Sharing the same intolerance, hate and ignorance.
"The 'elf' claims that they are respecting exo for doing so. in fact, this will only show that there is change of heart, you favor to new group."
No. Actually it shows that those ELF who are willing to support EXO are open minded enough to not hate on a debutee. Everyone is free to support whoever they want to support. I understand it's a Super Junior concert, but there is nothing wrong to spent 5 minutes of that time to support (or at least not sabotage them).
" If you want to support exo, screaming are good enough, why should you bring their banner to the concert which is not belonged to them?"
Maybe to give them a nice welcome. Would be a good reason. Did the person(s) who wrote that tweet consider how it is like to debut after training for quite some time just to see that one of the first things being thrown in your way isn't just disinterest but actual hate?
"But This is an individual concert, suju concert, where the main star to be supported in the whole show is suju."
Yes. It's an individual concert. And that's why EXO's stage is only a short one. There are hours left to support suju.
"You claim yourself as an elf"
I really dislike any defintion of "ELF".
", but all you care is to give support to exo, ignoring the effect on sj. "
Sure all they think of is to give support to exo. That's why they go to a Suju concert. To support Exo. Only for that reason. Especially since tickets are cheap. So I guess it would be better to not go at all rather than to support Exo on the way as well? Seems reasonable (Do I have to say that I am being sarcastic when it's that obvious?).
"SM would think, suju can be replaced by this new group, from debuted until now, for sm, sj is only a project."
Neverending "they are a replacement". I am copy&pasting from an old post of mine:
As for EXO to be planned as ‘replacement’ of Suju, DBSK, etc. Of course they are and it is normal. This isn’t about replaceing, it’s about the (maximum) 5-Year-lifespan that idols (especially boygroups) are supposed to have (and indeed most of them do). So having someone debut before that “lifespan” is over is the normal way to keep business going. Pretty simple.
I think it’s different to debut an “replacement” compared to debut an “next generation”. EXO is/was a long-planned project that them debuting now is only given, because SMent can hardly plan more than 5~10 years into the future (as in they can’t push their debut much later). EXO certainly is the next generation, and certaintly gained a lot from the experiance of others (or at least SMent used a lot of that experiance on them seemingly).
"Because sm knows, K-ELF, C-ELF wouldn't change their heart, they persist ONLY SUJU! We are the same too, ONLY SUJU, aren't we, INDO-ELF?"
Only suju? Your choice. But not every ELFs choice.
"We are bringing this issue in twitter, K-ELF, C-ELF, J-ELF and ELF worldwide show support to #ONlySJBannerForSS4INA."
Please DON'T. Please be aware that taking part in activites like that gives ELF a bad name. Think twice. It's not only a bad name everyone should care about but actually bad behaviour (How to be a good fan).
"One of C-ELF's comemnt regarding exo banner in SS4INA:"if your dad is having dinner with your mum, and he let your step-mother to sit on the main seat, is that called respect to your mum?"."
It sure is a good method to use one example for the whole fandom. Clearly represents the whole C-ELF what a single person said (again: sarcasm). If you are trying to prove that C-ELF in general approve of it then why don't you try doing a poll? (I might regret having suggested it <.<').
"This is Sushow, please clear your mind up, why would you go for sushow? Who you want to support for going to the concert?"
Are you going to sabotage a debutee? Or are you going to enjoy most of the concert's time being happy to see your bias?
"If your answer is SUJU, you wouldn't want to bring and hold a non-sj banner in the stadium, but if your answer isn't suju, then sorry, stop claimng yourself as an ELF."
Yes. Maybe you wouldn't want ''to bring and hold a non-sj banner in the stadium''. So if you don't want to, then don't. Regardless of whether of not you call yourself an ELF.
"If you this 'elf' persists on exo banner, black ocean will be served during your real idol performance!"
Threatening someone? You sure are mature. Have you ever tried talking things out? How can you treaten someone with something that should never ever happen again? doing stuff like a blackocean makes you not only a non-elf or bad fan, but also a bad person. It's the same as bulling someone. People like you keep on saying "true ELF", "pure ELF", "real ELF"...What exactly are you proud of? Talking others into doing dumb things with lacking reasoning?
Those you call themselves ELF are people of different age, nationality, religion who share a common interest in Suju. That doesn't mean you can't like other groups or things. That doesn't mean that you need to actually like all members equaly. It doesn't mean that you need to be a fan ever since 2005 or ealier. It doesn't mean that you should spent most of your time praising them at whatever they do or don't do. Being part of ELF also doesn't mean that each and every ELF needs to agree with anything the fandom as a (seemingly) whole does, when actually it might just be those sceaming the loudest.
