Sorry I have been so slack with my posting these days guys I'll try set aside some time each day to give you an update. CAnt remember if i mentioned it or not but I have a new job YAY

I am now a fully qualified personal trainer and Mint Heath and Fitness in Christchurch New Zealand. Had training all last week as I am taking over the sale dept. while our sales lady is on maternity leave. 

So that's a bit exciting and it is all keeping me very busy. The gym is joint to a cafe (Cafe Pure) that is all no butter, no sugar food. Some Paleo, some vegetarian, some vegan. Awesome coffee to.

If you follow me and live in chch spread the word that Mint is the best gym out :)

Pure Cafe

I received my order of pure cafe this weekend. Had a half cup Saturday and it was ok. Had a full cup after breakfast today and have felt sick all day :( my cousin also drinks it and she said she felt ill at first too but you get used to it and your body adjusts. I hope!!! Really don't want to take any tomorrow :( but I will say, on a positive note, that its 8pm and I don't feel the need to rush to bed!!! Looks like I have a full night to workout!!! Oh and my coworker saw me drinking it and the sight made her sick haha!! It's not the most delicious beverage!!! The energy drinks taste much better!
