Bonjour! :)

Dearest Daisy, I am generally a very open-minded person. Though my mind has never been well organized. I haven't been to see my psychiatrist since July. I've been seeing a psychiatrist annually since I was seven years old. So I've always had someone to help me. I'm almost at ends meet. And my friends have barely been able to understand what I mean by "a victim of my own mind". I get anxiety attacks and depression so my "moments" became more common. It hasn't been this bad in 11 years. -♥Daisy
Dear purpledaisy94,
Maybe it would be best for you to try to see your psychiatrist again soon. Also, you may want to see if you can get more frequent visits so that you can properly see through the problems you are having. I think that anxiety attacks and depression should be treated by frequent meetings with a therapist that can help you work through it in a way that suits you. At this moment, I think you should call up your psychiatrist and just go see them. It will be better for you in the long run.
