Today we decided to walk in memory of my daddy’s 10 year anniversary. Words cannot express how much I love this girl!! @livbartulovic came to cheer for me four years ago and i knew she was special. She worked hard and never allowed my touch love to deter her. She created the cheer bible and never missed a practice. She stretched and jumped and tumbled. She did her pushups and ran her mile. She waited her turn and respected the upper class men. She worked hard at her sport and expected the same of those around her. Liv is epitome of a great athlete. She’s talented, works hard, tabes critique seriously. She suffers through pain and expects of others only that what she is willing to give. She’s a great leader and even better, she remains a student of her sport. I love the fact that she and @victoria_margarett are close and take care of one another. Over the many many years i have coached i have loved many kids. But there are a few who have stayed with me, in my heart and in my life for the long term. And Olivia Bartulovic is one of those special ladies!! No matter how old she gets i will always be there for her. And no matter the distance between us - i will make time for her. Thank you, Peg and Lou for raising such a special young woman. And thank you for sharing her with me. I love you, baby girl. Homecoming at #mountunion is all about family! Today was my 25th class reunion. My family tradition lives on with my gorgeous daughter @victoria_margarett (who hates pics with her mom) and my awesome niece @maggie_dominick who played in her softball fall scrimmages today. My sisters who graduated from mount too! @cole_moxie And @khariwilcox20 On the football field chasing another ring! And all my beautiful cheerleaders - past & present!! Love them all. NOVEMBER TRIBUTE - i know I’m really late today but didn’t forget. Today i want to post this awesome picture that @annegsphotography took of us @mountunion a few weeks ago! My parents wanted all of us to graduate from college. Neither of them graduated but understood the need for us to have a degree so that we could have bright futures. @hoosiers8169 chose Mount Union because our cousin Michael was there. When it was time for me to chose a school i didn’t apply anywhere but Mount Union. Then @ginabannevich came when i was a senior and finally Andrea made the same decision. That was four kids in 10 years!! 💵💵 For my parents it was a huge sacrifice but one that they were proud to make. And it cost them a lot of money because they also wanted to help us out as much as possible. When my dad died @victoria_margarett wasn’t even thinking about college so when she did she was crazy enough to think she wanted to go to another school that was purple but came to her senses and returned home & to Mount Union. And last year we were blessed to learn that @maggie_dominick wanted to continue her softball career at UMU. My dad would be so proud of all of us and even more proud that Victoria and Maggie are together just like each of us had another during our time at Mount! There was no better way to pay tribute to my parents than to take these pictures and send up a little prayer that Dominick and Giavonna will follow in the family footsteps! 🙏🏻 I can never thank my mom and dad enough for all of their sacrifices. To this day, there is nothing my mom wouldn’t do for us because that’s what she and my dad wanted!!!
