Today's training: 12 minutes to complete as many reps as possible of: 800 meter run (done once) 35 burpees 35 sit-ups 35 squats 35 push-ups 25 burpees 25 sit-ups 25 squats 25 push-ups 15 burpees 15 sit-ups 15 squats 15 push-ups This is the initial/benchmark workout for my group's @spartanrace / @spartanendure challenge. When the challenge is over, we will re-do and compare results. So stoked to see how the group will respond and improve during this challenge.
