How quick/slow are you to sleep?
I don’t sleep. Recently, I wake up every two hours. On top of sleep apnea, I don’t get a lot of sleep.
The other day I had night terrors. I thought my sheets were dissolving me. I thought my comforter was a monster. I started freaking out when my pillow case touched my arm. I’m the type of person who takes all the stress of my life and suppresses it, so now that I’ve gotten a job I’ve been kinda falling apart since one major part of my stress has been relieved.
But now I’m fine since I’m ignoring everything else.
