An eastbound Canadian Pacific freight is leaving the siding at Puslinch. Ontario about to pass under Hwy. 6, with a pair of GP35's - the leader still in candy stripes - May 27, 1979.

Two residents of Puslinch, Ontario (just south of Guelph) filed a judicial review request in an attempt to force town officials to change the name of Swastika Trail, a local road. They argued that Puslinch Town Council had used a 25-20 vote in favour of keeping the name by a resident’s association as an excuse to ignore the issue.

A judge has now ruled against them, so the street name will stay unchanged.
