So basically my favorite thing to do in the gym is deadlifts, oh and squats and benching. But I’m only going to talk about my pulls this week. so here we go!
Started off with my warm ups that I do everyday. Basic exercises to engage the (in Arnold’s voice) abdominals! Thus leading to my main work which were snatch grip deadlifts for, 135, 225, 275, 315, and lastly 335 all for 5 reps staying around an RPE of about 6 6.5. After main work i did some accessories that Della Fave brewed up. A bunch a volume to get my body going again after months of injuries and inconsistent training. But your boy is back! Lastly was some db rows and side bends, 1x25 superset.
my body hates me but its fine cause..... yeah i dont have a cause its just cause.
