I planned a big, elaborate breakfast, but I was thoroughly outdone when I woke up this morning:

I only took a picture of this after I solved it, and I got a lovely pair of cufflinks once it was opened~! And not only that, but we went out for a lovely heist to steal the Louis XVI coronation suit that was visiting the Gotham History Museum (allegedly we did, anyway)!

A full year with Eddie (as of yesterday) and I've never felt more blessed to know him. I'll be taking today off now I've met my client deadlines to celebrate, but I'll be back tomorrow should anyone need me.

So... I've been planning to make Eddie something, as our 200 day milestone is coming up. But I'm struggling a little for ideas, and I'd like to know if anyone has any suggestions?

I'll be making something regardless, but it's also a nice thing to ask you all about given my recent inactivity.

Hello all, it's time to meet the Tailor to the stars and sinners of Gotham City! Me!

This is a BTAS Riddler selfship blog. Yes I'm cringe. I know that, but I'm having fun. If you don't like it, don't interact!

No NSFW asks or fanart: I, the mun, am under 18. I will update this when that ceases to be accurate, but either way, don't send NSFW content without asking (to anyone, be sensible here.)

Semi-suggestive or flirty is OK, Tailor is in a dedicated relationship but is poly and open. Canon or OCs are both welcome, if you want to make it a lore thing however, DM me first.

The version of Gotham Tailor is based in is mostly Batman: The Animated Series. All my facts and headcanons may not be 'correct' or exactly as you like them. I welcome questions, comments or criticism, but try and be polite about it.

The Tailor might be mean to you, probably about your characters' clothing. I promise, I don't mean it as the mun.

I (the character) am Velvet Taylor (though I'm certainly not going to complain if you call me Velvet Nygma). I use any pronouns, and am in a dearly loving relationship with my partner, Edward Nygma ( @mind-behind-the-minotaur ), living on the run (mostly) in Gotham City, NJ.

I thought I'd make a "Get to know my selfship"! Oh, yeah, and there might be some details here about Tailor that I've yet to mention... I'm sure you'll find out more in future.

In all seriousness, this was really fun to make, I'm shocked I managed to get it done on my phone, just with IbisPaint if anyone was curious. Normally I use a tablet but I was working on this while doing other things.

And yes, if you're curious, Eddie and I did use our mugshots for this (The GCPD couldn't get my mask off ;p ). Don't worry, the charges got dismissed... this time.

Sooo Mr. Nigma, how did you met Tailor? What was your first impression of them?

Well, when I first met my dear Tailor, they were just that: my tailor. I had been fired by Mockridge, and I had begun my plan for revenge: I drafted my idea for my Riddler persona and had been looking for someone in the fashion district to bring it to life.

I hadn't seen their shop before, it filled a previously-vacant storefront, and I felt almost compelled to give it a look. Perhaps it was the mystery. Perhaps it was the non-disclosure policy in the window. Or both.

My first impression of them, really, was all rather professional until my "reform". The mask intrigued me, and I was rather certain that I wanted to unravel that mystery, but he was, first and foremost, the person who made my suits.

They didn't start flirting until I invited them to one of my toy launch parties: they helped me to build my brand, it only seemed fair to invite them to a celebration of it.

Is that the tell-all you were fishing for?
