Miss Pyewacket Moon loves peacock feathers, so I bought her 50:
A dragon and her hoard
Every woman needs her Pyewacket
Kim Novak (holding the magical "Pyewacket"), James Stewart, and Janice Rule in a publicity portrait for the Columbia Pictures/Richard Quine supernatural romantic comedy Bell, Book and Candle, 1958. "Pyewacket" was played by a number of Siamese cats in the film, but Kim bonded with the one who appeared with her in close-ups and publicity photos due to it's calm, sweet nature. The cat was given to Novak by director Richard Quine (who she was in a relationship with) when production ended. Kim kept the name "Pyewacket" and the cat lived a long, happy life with the star at her homes in both Bel Air and Big Sur, California.
