3) What song describes your OC?
The Phantom Below by Moron Police is one of my favorites for her story wise- for something more casual, Crocodile Rock by Elton John
11) What was your inspiration for your OC?
I pulled a lot of inspiration from multiple places for Adelaide, but I had seen a few other people with butch, fancy, facial haired lady OCs and I just became enchanted. She's a hugely self indulgent mash of what I find attractive and what I love in villains; huge, confident, a massive ego, seemingly indestructible. 13) Does your OC have a rival? How did it start?
Adelaide considers herself unparalleled, she has no rivals. Not even other saints mean much to her, but she's not snooty to them. She's just the god of life and the sun's favorite. But the (planned) third book of the series I want her to feature in, her footman and ex-adventuring partner Devlyn is actually stepping up to her, in his own way. They have a long history he has a lot of baggage about.
20) If they fight, what's their weapon of choice?
Despite being a ten-foot tall alligator dragon woman who certainly could, Adelaide doesn't often fight with her hands. For long range she has a shotgun, up close she is probably grabbing an axe to swing. If she can't have weapons or needs something a little more explosive, she will ram right through things with a combo of essentially wrestling moves and her own wizard spells. She can tackle a horse and throw the power of TNT behind it- there's a reason people called her a living siege engine in her heyday.

3) What song describes your OC?
YOUR HEAD'S ON FIRE by Louie Zong is one of the most Virgil songs out there. For something fun and very him, there's also Poisoning Pigeons in the Park by Tom Lehrer
8) What hobbies does your OC have? What do they do to unwind?
Virgil gardens and bakes to unwind. He works himself to exhaustion a lot in the garage/weapons workshop and with his gene editing, but he is terrible at relaxing. The man considers slightly difficult, slightly intricate but practiced-to-mindlessness labor he used to do with his mom relaxing, so he's always decompressing with weeding, turning soil, and making pies. This applies to both versions of him.
26) What flower do you associate your OC with?
I associate orange roses with Virgil, and have for a long time. That and cherry blossoms; they're both really fragrant and pretty.
