Salutations Savage Saturday night PZZA's!!! -My son tried a crispy new ingredient addition by trying bacon with black olives and a couple pepperoni My wife totally changed it all up by trying a ranch bacon chicken and tomato And finally my new "Savage Blaze Glaze" sauce with just cheese turned out having just a mild / medium palette. I actually thought it would be spicier🔥‼️ 435 gm bulk fermentation dough with a 70% hydration baked 525°F for 🔟 minutes on my Bakingsteel that got me some of the best cornicione I have yet with a nice chew and great carriage.
