I Found the Belgioioso Burrata at the grocery store and who knew it's also made in Denmark Wisconsin! It was totally worth trying on my saucy pizza for just the tasting experience of having a new kind of cheese PZZA. I also shredded on Parmigiano Reggiano so it's actually a 4 cheese pizza. No Tacos here tonight! 😂 Threw together a tasty 14" #PZZA in about 2 hours just to test out the #tito "OO" flour. The #cornicione was incredibly delicious and I had nice char on bottom.
