Salute to my Sunday Savages 🇺🇸 We baked 3⃣, 14 inch artisan PZZAS tonight. My wife has the chicken bacon ranch with green onions that's totally a hit. My son and I have have been sticking to black olives and are trying the 🆕 cupped pepperoni thing FINALLY. I added a homegrown pickled jalapeño sliced up for a little PZZA magic. My doughs are airy and chewy soft with HUGE corniciones because I use an OO Italian flour and bit of rye that bakes the crust crisp too. Adding my homemade sauce and some grated Parmesan Reggiano just makes it an especially delicious and satisfying PZZA.
