I admin a roleplay and two players are having a lot of issues OOC. But one of them has been around for a while and I don't want to punish them. What should I do?
Well, if you know that they're violating the rules, I'd say you'd have to give them a warning. Tell them it's not personal, that it's admin duties. If it continues, you might have to mediate the situation.
