Then Graf saying that the 4 things the Federation did: human experiments, kidnapping, a giant bomb and a village surrounded by walls - are also the 4 things he noticed with Multi and that it's insanely suspicious and can't be a coincidence

And then when they split ways Multi was monologuing/talking woth chat and said that he's impressed with how the Federation controlled people and he might take inspiration
