I could have been taking photos of my homework this entire week, because that’s what it feels like I’ve only been doing. It’s the week before the week before (hah) finals and I have been scrambling over a cross-cultural psychology study. But tonight I finally isolated my variables and controls so this is a celebratory post!

peppermint:what’s your favourite holiday and why?

That’s really hard but I think I’d have to say Halloween or Christmas! I really like the costumes and the horror aspects of Halloween, but I prefer the decorations and the spirit of Christmas. I also like how my family always comes together to celebrate for Christmas.

the perks of being a wallflower - for the book ask

the perks of being a wallflower: does listening to other people’s problems help you or weigh you down?

Listening to other people’s problems both helps me and weighs me down. It helps me know more about individuals and learn to be sensitive and considerate to the individuality of every person. It weighs me down because I tend to be that one person that everyone goes to and it takes a lot emotionally. It is definitely both rewarding and taxing. However, the rewarding part outweighs everything.
