I did something slightly different today and made two fankids of other people in the Sims 4! (Or as best as I could)

does your character have siblings or family members in their age group? which one are they closest with?

She has no relatives the exact same age - her sister Ari is the closest at two years younger. They’re polar opposites but they’re still super close! Before she starts travelling herself, Ari actually begs Serena to let her come along when she judges showcases just so she can cheer on her big sister.

does your character remember names or faces easier?

Maddie is quite a visually-oriented character - she has good observational skills and a keen eye for aesthetics so she’d probably be better at remembering faces! I can imagine her immediately recognising someone she briefly saw years ago but not being able to remember who they are.

what does your character dislike in other people?

Elitism and snobbishness would probably be the main turn-offs for her! She’s a very down-to-earth character and doesn’t like to see people downtrodden or left out, so anyone who looks down on others would probably rub her the wrong way. That’s a major reason why she tends to clash with Cordelia (Ursula's daughter), who’s kind of a spoiled brat and chooses her friends based on how famous they are and how many contest ribbons they have.

A random headcanon:This actually is pretty random but I headcanon him as being the next Gym Leaderof Pastoria City. Honestly my reasoning is mostly based on the fact that he astwo Water-types: his Empoleon and Floatzel. I was able to develop it into somethinga bit more interesting, however, and wrote it down in a little drabble ofsorts.

General opinion:I honestly really love this kid!! It saddens me to see the dislike that hegets, and I’m still salty that he didn’t get as much screen time as I’d like. AlsoWHAT WAS THE POINT OF MAKING HIM LOSE THE APPEALS ROUND OF THE GRANDFESTIVAL??? WHAT’S YOUR DAMAGE, POKEANI????? Aaauuuhhghhghghg!!!

General opinion: Awonderful boy who loves Pokémon with all his heart!

Paul

A friendship I havewith said character: I guess Ash and Barry…? They seemed to be on decentterms at the end of the DP saga anyways.

A NOTP I have withsaid character: IkariShipping. I never liked this ship, mostly because ofwhat Paul’s character was in the beginning. That and I didn’t like their “hints,”which were basically nonexistent. I don’t hate anyone who prefers this shipthough, I just don’t care for it.

A random headcanon:Paul becomes the Sinnoh Champion after defeating Cynthia. He’s often not aroundas he focuses a great deal of his time training. Despite not wanting to havechildren, Paul is the father of a son named Alex (Dawn is his mother, but shemarries Kenny and is later adopted by him). He hardly ever sees him, however,due to the extent of his training and his duties as a Champion.

General opinion: Ajerk at first, though he does become less of a jerk at the end. All in all hewas a rival that I was so happy to see Ash finally defeat.

THIS ADDS SO MUCH MORE CUTESY-NESS TO SHAUNA AND SERENA ADOPTING KIERRA AND LATER AARON

AHHHHH

Imagine Serena, after Grace telling her she’s pregnant, talking to Shauna about it and both of them beginning to think about kids and maybe adopting them later one.

They’re on the fence about kids and once the twins are born, both Serena and Shauna immediately dotting on both of them and deciding that “yes we want kids” after holding the twins separately for hours on end.

And then when they each get a chance to hold Kierra, both start crying because it’s been so hard to adopt her and now that they have their kid (and neither getting over the fact that they now have a daughter) they’re so happy, scared, nervous, and just all around emotional and don’t even care about losing sleep because they have a daughter now.

And when they adopt Aaron four years later, they start crying again because of how much longer it took and Kierra walking in at the sight of her mothers crying and getting a tearful introduction to her younger brother who’s just fast asleep in Serena’s arms, and after getting Kierra to sit down, both Serena and Shauna help Kierra hold little Aaron (and Serena sneaking off to get a picture of these two, her two kids, together for the first time).

It's supposed to be a square but since I'm rotating it around to crochet each row and then stretching it without really realizing it, it's a mess. But!! I'm pretty proud since this is the first time I'm doing this technique and the first time I'm making a baby blanket. And I will!! The baby’s name is gonna be Olivia!! :D
