Three Low-Cost Ultra Wideband MMICs (DC-40 GHz) : o The TGA4830-EPU (MMIC) sets a new record for bandwidth performance from DC to 45 GHz offering medium power and a low noise f igure, plus adjustable gain. It features a +11.5 dBm one-dB compression point with 13 dB of gain, while delivering a 3.2 dB typical noise figure. Also offering 20 dB of AGC range, the TGA4830-EPU is well suited for optical modulator driver and instrumentation applications and for use in electronic warfare systems including radar warning receivers, countermeasures, decoys, jammers and phased-array systems. Typical input and output return losses are 15 dB and both RF ports are DC coupled, enabling the user to customize system corner frequencies.
