hello! so 2O19 is going to be over and as we know, we’re blessed with quite a number of dramas! the most gifs i’m using belongs to @kdramanewbie​ but expect that i have cropped some out! so today, i’m going to write some of my favorite dramas in 2O19. personally, i don’t think it’s going to be a lot but we will see! oh yeah, it doesn’t go by list! fyi, i’m really bad at writing down my opinions so i’m really sorry if you don’t get it what i mean haha. also continue to read till the really end of ‘not my favorites but i still enjoy watching’ list of dramas!

FAVORITE DRAMA IN 2O19 !

one, ‘he is psychometric’ (completed.)

i found out this drama all because of got7′s jinyoung and shin yeeun who was doha in ateen. i love ateen and jinyoung so i decided to watch the drama and oh man, i was hooked to it. the plot was really really interesting to be honest and i would love to have those type of powers. i wasn’t too happy to the ending but it was a great drama anyways, this was the first drama that i couldn’t wait it till subbed that i watch it on instagram of the un-subbed short clips. for the whole entire time, i was rooting for seungmo x jisoo but we didn’t get our endgame which is sad and turn out it was seungmo who was the killer.

overall, the drama throws out most of the drama cliche and you thought that you know what is going to happen but it turned the other side as well. once again, if you’re looking for a slight fantasy and romance drama, i believe that it’s for you.

two, ‘the secret life of my secretary’ (completed.)

i find this drama really cute and the plot was interesting to be honest. but it was a little draggy for me because i kinda wanted do minik to know that fake veronica park is jung galhee. i have to say that veronica park is the mvp of the drama because whenever she is on screen, she makes me funny so much. and there was a clip of do minik imitating veronica park’s introduction? man, that was so funny.  at the later episodes are all softness, like really really soft. for example, the dates? omg they’re are so cute and i ship it lol.

overall, it’s a really nice drama and it deserves to be one of my favorites in 2O19!  

three, ‘doctor john’ (completed.)

i didn’t knew i was a sucker of medical drama until this year lmao. i watched code blue (which was a japanese medical drama) this year as well. so doctor john was really interesting to me and how the male lead doesn’t feel any pain and what are the pros that comes along with the cons. personally, i didn’t knew that i might like it because i watched it thanks to seyoung as i was a fan of her and this drama ended up to one of my favorites HAHA.

overall, it kind of teaches you some medical condition that you might not heard before. if you love watching both korean and japanese dramas, you can watch doctor john and code blue to learn more of conditions that never knew existed.

four, ‘the tale of nokdu’ (completed.)

the plot was really interesting because we usually sees girls being boys but not really boys being girls but this is it. i was really happy that this drama actually came out! the whole drama was aesthetically pleasing and also it takes place back in the day with the details and all mixed into it. it actually has everything in a drama, fighting, romance, gender-bending and every historial drama loves, the children having a secret which is the next king. 

omg, my writing sucks so yeah, overall, it was a pretty nice drama with almost everything inside. if you prefer something special, this shall be for you!

five, ‘extraordinary you’ (completed.)

i have to say that my top favorite drama of the year is extraordinary you. i found out the drama because of jiin, naeun, guojoo who were acted with playlist global before and rowoo (i was a stan of sf9), hyeyoon (saw her acting with donghee in sky castle),  jaewook (from search www) and taeri (i saw some of his work before). then i got really excited for it, i watch the first two episode during my exam of the year lmao. i like how it is, visually pleasing and the plot was awesome. i read that a lot of people didn’t expect extraordinary you to be this great but i knew it was that great because of the cast LOL. furthermore, it was because of the plot being really interesting and how they break the romance clique. but towards the second part, it was slightly not as great but all in all, i still really love this drama. the height was another cute one, i mean just take a look LOL.

searching for a drama that with an unique plot, extraordinary aesthetic? tall boys? your own F4? then extraordinary you is the one to go!

six,  ‘leverage’ (completed.)

generally, i really like secret teams or teams that goes undercover, has a hacker, a fighter and a boss. that’s the drama i really like. i really love the drama because they’re doing something right by forming the team! i really like how the team work together and how each other helps each other, the cute moments when the team can’t go out, but the two kids wanted to go out so roy brought them out and they thought they wasn’t caught but taejoon and sookyung knew it yet didn’t scold them?

i did a really bad job on writing it but if you have the time and you want to watch something undercover then this is the one hopefully you would go for, i’m still watching for season two tbh.

seven, ‘crash landing on you’ (on-going.)

even tho the drama is on airing half way, but i’m in love with the drama already and i do think it’s going to be one of my favourite drama in 2O2O. i love the leads, hyunbin and son yeji and their previous work in ‘the negotiation.’ i was so happy that they can work together once again and i don’t really mind them dating because they’re just so cute AHHH. 

i couldn’t write a lot of the drama because a lot haven’t been aired yet so there isn’t a lot of details!

okay, i have been reading the opinions about he is psychometric and somewhat wrote what i think on both my wattpad and instagram.

ep 11 and 12 was great as we get to know more about seungmo’s past which is upsetting and getting jisoo’s character growth. man, i have to bow down to jisoo, she knows how much it hurts for seungmo after being in that room and going against her father, just for justice, she really earn my respect. i love how her will of finding seungmo is stronger than a rock? i mean that they started off together, having each other’s back and suddenly seungmo is gone? 

i have to point out that i found out at ep 7 that lee ahn wrote ‘psychopath and sociopath, who will win?’ i mean, when i first saw it, i was hmm okay. but after yesterday, watching ep 11 and 12, it strike me like oohh, because they label or seungmo’s father is a psychopath and seungmo is a sociopath. so between them who will win?

about jisoo and seungmo’s loveline. i know that jisoo thinks that she isn’t the one that seungmo is precious to. but the killer mentioned that three people are precious to seungmo? which are lee ahn, jaein and jisoo. jisoo can’t see it because seungmo didn’t display his feelings for her which is understanding.

as the killer that are hunting for him is still at the loose. remember earlier on the drama if jisoo displays any romantic moments with him, he would reject? it might seem bad at first but his intentions are great in the long run.

jisoo thinks that she won’t be in danger? but i guess not because the killer actually mentioned that he would attack jisoo first? and also come to think of it, the three people, lee ahn, jisoo and jaein.

both lee ahn and jaein was victim of seungmo’s father? firstly lee ahn, he was stabbed but we didn’t know if it is because he is precious to seungmo or is it because he was chasing seungmo’s father. and jaein, seungmo’s father tried to kill her and thank god lee ahn saved her. next up, would it be jisoo? i mean in the preview, we saw jisoo holding a touch-light or smth and walking down a dark alley? 

and lee ahn said something like it was the worst day of his life? i only could think that jisoo is hurt by his father and it trigged seungmo to do smth wrong? which i hope it is not the case because i want my babies to be happy? i just hope that the four would work together to solve this and seungmo to have much more trust in them? 

jisoo is a open book, her feelings can be seen by her face while seungmo is a closed book, you don’t know anything unless he tells you. these two are different but hey opposite attract, am i right? we all know that seungmo gave the sunflower necklace jisoo. i mean she looks at it whenever seungmo is mentioned? 

i really hope that they have a happy ending like with kang seungmo and eun jisoo. they really do deserve their happiness, if they don’t, i will be on strike and swim to korea to talk about it. this drama really impressed me, i mean i’m easily impressed but they just go all out for the thriller yet mystery with romance, it really took a turn.

it could be seungmo and jisoo’s happy ending if jisoo didn’t die, kang geun tae is the killer and the cause of everything. but no, they threw it out of the window. that’s shady.

everything would be with rainbow and unicorns but nope, they wanted 50 shades of grey. but at least, seungmo always shed tears after jisoo died whenever he mentioned her. i thought it would be a very light-hearted and fluffy show to watch but no. it was dark asf. oh golly, i’m watching kill it later for it’s last episode, my heart can’t take it anymore, i’m calling the police! 

am i the only one that wants kim kwon or dasom to post on their instagram of each other’s photo, like the ones that they take them together? as well as having a happy ending drama for both of them as the main lead?

sorry for the crappy gifs btw! i know i’m late but a-teen season two’s prologue was cute asf! after season one ended, i was waiting for it for so long and finally after two days, i will be able to watch it again! yeo boram’s ‘hana-ah’ always gets me.

firstly, can i praise yeo boram’s hair. i mean it’s so cute, pigtails and bangs. man, i wish i could slay that style btw. the cutest or the scene that look most of the prologue video was the amusement park. not to lie, i was very happy the scenes.

secondly, they’re friendship goals that i hope i could have? just look at them, they build a strong friendship after season one and i love it. all of them have hairbands at expect for hamin? i was wishing him to have a matching hairband with my baby kim hana since everyone’s are twinning?

their friendship is so strong, like what is better than having spending time with your friends having fun and laughter? and they picked the right place for a friendship date which is amusement park, hope i wish i could get my friends together to go amusement park.

i have to say, nam siwoo is relatable at this point, i mean his reactions are mine at any ride. and the roller coaster ride? kim hana’s hair are mine after a roller coaster ride. i love how they are paired in the roller coaster ride? like cha gikyun is paired with yeo boram (it’s ofc cause they’re a couple.), do hana and nam siwoo (ofc once again, they’re a couple) and lastly hamin and kim hana.

i got scared when there was a scene about nam siwoo and do hana talking about smth and i thought that they breaking up but nope. oof, they were just having some fun and acting.

i think that hamin likes kim hana and kim hana likes hamin. i think that both of them are scared to make the first move because they’re scared that the other party doesn’t like him or her back? it’s a possibility like i would like to confess to my crush but i’m scared hahaha. but it’s good to see in the trailer that hamin asked kim hana who she likes?

and ryu jooha. who is he staring at? kim hana? do hana? i guess it’s kim hana? then there will be a love triangle and it gives a signal to hamin that it’s time to make a move? i just hope that kim hana and hamin will end up together, do hana and nam siwoo. strangely, but i got a vibe of ryu jooha and cha kihyun (cha gihyun’s younger sister) will be together?

but whatever, i’m excited for the show and can’t wish for him to go up into my list again! i also read that seventeen might be singing another ost for ateen2 and im excited for that as well haha! if you’re thinking if you should watch it, my answer is hell yeah!
