Continuing my reminiscing about Purgatory, I do not see enough people talking about the Watcher’s concept art and how he was almost a tumblr sexyman
Like how did we move past this so fast?
So the lack of the duck just confirmed something for me.
With Cucorucho being 'Missing' and all, and how easily he managed to escape from Purgatory with the eggs.
This isn't the real Quesadilla island. It's a good COPY, certainly; it's got everything that was there when they left, but it doesn't have all of the black concrete because it was never put there in the first place, besides the sparse pieces and important traces of it that were planted just to make sure.
Cucorucho is 'missing' because he never got home - he escaped from Purgatory and right to wherever this is, wherever all the islanders are, this copycat Quesadilla. I believe all the eggs are real - And so are the 3 new ones - but the island isn't.
That's why things seem a little off. That's why there was an emoji instead of a duck. That's why Cucorucho seemed to be acting strange.
This isn't home, it's just a very clever, very VERY good recreation of it. That's why the observer said that Purgatory only ends when he chooses.

pondering how the Watcher even had access to the federation technology. did it use to work with them? did ElQ gave the Watcher access? is it a tech nerd? if the Watcher is connected to the shadow virus, did it use the virus as a hacking thing? perhaps it's an artificial intelliegence fungus??

i think i missed out on a quackity lore stream a few months ago that has to do with it but there’s nothing i can find on qsmp wiki or anything!!
