Okay, just cause it's been months since this was said, and also it's about 40 minutes until the countdown runs out...

If you aren't gonna watch QSMP 2 due to everything that happened behind the scenes during the original, that's fine, but please don’t send hate to anyone who is gonna watch it.

Also, I feel like this should be a given, but please don’t harass Quackity or any of the current admin team or any of the members who decide to return or any new members just for being on QSMP 2!

We can be cautiously optimistic about the fact that Quackity has probably (Hopefully) learned his lesson since everything happened a year ago.

Anyway, to all the QSMP fans returning to watch QSMP 2, hold me, I'm so excited and nervous!!

I couldn’t watch the entirety of Philza’s vod earlier so I’m just watching the last like 40 mins and the part where he’s having a heart to heart with Chayanne and Tallulah was so sweet but Chayanne saying that the admin was shaking when they got grabbed by the giant squid a couple of streams back because they thought it was the end really stuck out to me. Like obviously as viewers of the streamers we can see clearly how attached they are to the eggs but it must be the same for the admins that play the eggs like they also have spent hours most days for MONTHS with each other and the players so the fact that that can all be over so quickly must genuinely be nerve wrecking. I also feel like it brings up the discussion of people who are like “we just need to get rid of the eggs now” “kill the eggs off” because these are characters played by REAL people who have evidently become attached too (Chayannes admin saying they were shaking when grabbed by the giant squid, Leo’s admin saying they cried after losing their first life, Ramon’s admin saying that they were shaking after they found the building was filled with tnt, Bobby’s admin saying he cried after losing his final life in the dungeon, dapper’a admin saying they teared up watching bad’s reaction to his nightmare etc) like there’s so much emotion attached to these characters, not only to us as viewers but also the players and admins idk I’m rambling at this point I just feel like sometimes some people forget that there’s real people behind the eggs who care a lot about the characters too 🫶🏻

Tina and Tubbo brought up an amazing point during the After Purgatory Podcast right now.

The Federation really put their asses onto this Island just so they realize Quesadilla Island is Heaven compared to what they could do. They put them in Hell so everything else could look better in comparison.

Though, Tina genuinely getting mad at Foolish in real life and not being able to look him in the eyes is fucking amazing I WAS CRYINGGGG

And Bad’s argument about what a ‘bug’ was, was also amazing. 10/10

AND TUBBO APPARENTLY CRIED AFTER DAY 2 THEN POSTED THE PHOTO AFTER???

Personally, I would love it if lorewise, when they realize the Islanders go sent to Hell instead of the getaway. They just fire the eye guy and give a really shitty apology to the Islanders about the event lmao.

Like “Oop, sorry we didn’t know, we was too busy fixing the main island. We fired the guy, he was kinda unprofessional ngl. Anyways, here’s Cucurucho but Pinker!”

Honestly I feel like we need to give the CC's some time to breath and to take a break for awhile.

Especially since they were the ones rping with the eggs, they were the ones hanging out with eggs for hours, they were the ones who got to know them for so long. And to finally say goodbye to someone who you've hung with for over a year. It's gonna be hard to wanna come back to the server after all of that.

And yes just like it was hard for us to say goodbye, it was also hard for them as well. Their sad and grieving, just like we all are. I mean they are human after all.

So please be patient, be respectful, and be kind to them during this time.

Another text post… something I’ve noticed is this feeling of loneliness in fandom spaces. I don’t know if my memory is failing me but I feel like ppl talked and commented more before… this is not me begging for comments btw but for ex. in twitter I get likes and rts but barely ppl making silly comments and idk I’d rather have a goofy comment over a 100 likes. And even when I comment in others posts cuz I want to interact w ppl I barely get an answer (which is okay) but idk it’s kind of making me feel a little sad that even in a huge community like qsmp (and the flight which is so quiet for some reason) in my end at least it has come this environment. If someone has any similar thoughts or different experience I’d love to hear them but yeah

Ramon’s an Egg that many ppl don’t get to see bc of time zones and schedules, plus he is a very very eepy boy.

He is explosive, but has a soft heart. He loves tnt and red stone and create as well as picking flowers and adopting cats.

He has a beautiful garden in front of his home and a massive tunnel that he dug out for red stone machines underneath.

one thing about his story that I remember so clearly is the moment when qSpreen told him not to follow him bc he was going to buy cigarettes. the way he wanted to follow Spreen was sad :(

After finding out that the election party dinner was rigged with tnt, he talked to Fit and Jaiden about dying without doing something useful for everyone. Which I think he developed after his nightmare (aka dying to a code attack).

Now, we witnessed how he wants to be there to see his dad be happy. Wanting Fit to find someone so that he won’t be alone when he dies.

I love this egg so much.

He is both gritty and soft.

He is the flower that blooms in a crater.

currently obsessing over the idea of both phil and cellbit being unable to sleep. cellbit going on a walk across the island, finding phil sitting outside his house on the little pier just watching the world go by. both having their own worries and problems, finding comfort in the idea they've been through a lot together. phil offering cellbit a seat and they just sit in silence together. every now and again they would bring up some sort of conversation, about how richas was doing, or how the house was coming along, but other than that, just nestled in a comforting silence.

but after a couple times of this occurring, they start to breach more deeper subjects. more of what happened during both purgatorys. phils issue with the enderking and cellbits current conflict with roier and whatever is happening with him at that point. cellbit begins to be reminded that phil is a father figure to him, whether they see each other often or not.

sometimes they'll talk over a mug of something warm. other times they'll go on walks around their small island while they chat, sometimes the conversations will go on for hours, other times only a couple of minutes. it didn't matter, though. they simply spoke about whatever they needed to at the time. cellbit found comfort in having somebody to look up to, and phil found comfort in finding someone to reassure him of his worries about his children.

our archivists have my heart, it's a shame they aren't online at the same time much.
