Well she seemed to have good intentions. And she seems proud of you. So that is pretty cool.

She is great. She always been supportive of my writing, even before I could write and she wrote them down for me. She knows what I write today and has the links to my works (on the condition she DOES NOT comment as it would just seem I was boosting my comments). It just freaked me out when she asked to share that information with the general public.

And it’s absolutely hilarious?! Nat just being so competent and The Most Kickass, Bucky being happily enamored and unable to help himself by not being “normal” like they’re supposed to be doing now. SHIELD brings them this job, and they’re like “Nope, nope. Nop- who has what superweapon now? WAIT NOPE NO WE’RE NOT GETTING INTO THAT. BABY!” *point at baby*

Then Nat is like “Fine we’ll do it but you’re paying use enough to cover college with inflation taken into consideration. Bust out the checkbooks or we’re going to go find somewhere else to be Normal and you can spend a few years searching.”

So they take the mission and have all these shenanigans along the way. Bucky kind of stumbles across this truly pathetic “villain” and takes great pleasure in fucking with him. Because he’s a troll. (Nat’s like “You’re basically playing with your food, Kill him or just get rid of him somehow.”) Local law enforcement is trying to hound them, and just mostly being annoying, not a hindrance. they eat food, pretend they’re normal for the neighbors, be sickeningly in love together, happily raise their baby together, and also catch the bad guy and return the superweapon.

Thanks guys. I addressed it in the heading to “Store Manager” and then wrote it as “Dear (bookstore) Managers” which my mom said should be fine, so.

There was a slightly condescending - though I don’t think it was MEANT that way - remark when I said that I was giving them two weeks... because she asked “So how many days are you giving us?” and I’m like “Two weeks. I let my new employers know I had to give my current place of work two weeks notice, they were fine with that.”

“Aww, you’re so sweet” is not really a response to me being a professional and following the whole ‘two weeks notice’ rule. *rolls eyes*

But taken care of, done with, two weeks from today I am FREE FROM THAT PLACE!

(I mentioned it to one of my coworkers and he was like “No, who’s going to shelve! THEY’LL MAKE ME DO IT OR SOMETHING!” lol)
