8. Our muses are destined to be siblings, regardless of blood, name or situation. Their hearts will pull them into being family.

"Siblings?"

A smile spread across the brunette kunoichi’s face. Obviously she’d never had a sibling (or any family member, for that matter) before, but she’d imagine that the relationship between her and Yue was very similar to that of a relationship between sisters. They were constantly picking on one another, but they were always there for each other as well. She assumed that’s just the sort of thing that sisters did.

"I think they’re right, Yue! We are kind of like sisters, aren’t we?"

"Ten ten, ne! Let's hang out this weekend" Yue beamed while running next to her friend.

"Yue, hey!" A grin lit up across Tenten’s face as her friend approached. "Yeah, that sounds great! I’ve got nothing planned besides training with the team tomorrow morning, so after that, I’m all yours!"

—Without so much as missing a step, Uchiha Itachi calmly caught the girl, lest she unintentionally caused herself injury. He gave her a polite smile, assisting her in righting herself.

"I daresay you ought to heighten your level of caution before informing me."

"I made you dango for being so kind to me, ne" Yue looked at the man unsure of how he'd react and stretched out her arms holding a plate of fresh food.

"Hm…?" Attention diverted from that of his work, Itachi turned his gaze to the source of the voice, eyes mildly inquisitive. "Yue-san?"
