((Absolutely.  And it is beautiful.  tbh I imagined Hiccup mock bowing in response, but I didn't have a gif for that.  Hiccup acts like an over the top gentleman to Abby occasionally, like the whole nine yards, exaggerated "let me hold the door and pull our your chair for you" and kissing her hand and "princess."  And then sometimes he's just all dry wit in response, sarcasm for sarcasm.))

It was originally a candle but the wick was way too long so the wax all burnt away and left me with a massive pile of burning string on a diddy plate

I'm going with the definition of kink as a potentially unusual preference in narrative devices, but I'm still coming up blank?  I don't really know what my kinks are, aside from characters having fevers and generally being at least partially incapacitated and I've definitely written that.
