My friend @effiecalvin is republishing her books! To help with the launch I thought it would be fun to make a minicomic! Meet Princess Esofi, who is very determined to Do A Good Job and Princess Adale who feels Incapable of Doing a Good Job*.
You can preorder and enjoy a sweet fluffy sapphic romance story in which princesses can get married, fight dragons, and face their insecurities the greatest magic of all.
*But at least Adale is not really a grubby little bug freak in canon.
If you can't preorder consider blazing this comic to support a queer indie author or one of her silly ads!
Jesus Christ ! There's so many of you suddenly !!!
Happy black history month.
Hi my name is Bre. I'm a 32 year old nonbinary mom working in the animation industry . Currently I'm at Disney TV Animation on Sofia the first Royal Magic. But I've worked on other stuff like Proud family louder and Prouder and Minnie Bowtoons. I'm a very shy and anxious person. .but even so I decided to .. in the wake of so many black and brown shows ending or being told they'll be cancelled ..decided last year to combine my love of the Magical Girl genre and Vampire Romance.
My Indie pilot animatic The Three Tomes: A Teen girl named Tammy gains the powers of a witch from an ancient tome with 13 spirits inside of it. Now that they're released she must capture them again and face off against a mysterious foe that sends its vampire minions after her and her friends. However she'll have to try not to fall in love with two vampires along the way. A queer YA romantasy adventure set in the 2010s in the Midwest.
I wanted to make a story about a bi Black teen , the two queer vampire boys that love her and have their own tension....and dealing with change and grief in your life. Something that reflected what I would have liked to see because Black folks are not prominent in the YA space. Black people deserve to go on adventures and have their whimsical adventures and be in every genre. I'm working on episode 2 and have comics and illustrations in the mean time to explore the world more.
Thanks so much for stopping by. And enjoying The Three Tomes. Your support helps me in making more.
Check out this MASTER POST of everything The Three Tomes related to catch up. ( The Pilot Animatic on Youtube, Comics, Comic Dubs, and Illustrations and more)

a queer-owned, queer-operated non-profit with one goal: Turning internet infrastructure into community support.
Hey, so, this deserves attention.
@elamimax is a friend of mine, and she and this team have been busting ass for a minute to pull this project together. In an age where the internet is being increasingly weaponized against queer and trans folks, having a domain owned and operated by queer and trans folks that directly benefits queer and trans folks isn't a small thing.
If you've got a sec to take a look at the project, share it around, maybe even support it if you've got the funds, I'd personally really appreciate that.
All we've got is each other right now. Building foundations for the future that make things safer for us is essential.
Happy #WebcomicDay!

The universe is full of life. Planets, stars, even black holes are sentient, living organisms, capable of thought and emotion like any other creature. Celestials move through the galaxies capable of unimaginable feats, ancient and god-like power their birthright, while mortals can only pray they do not catch the attention of such beings. Laura “Leadfoot” is a young woman on a mission. Famous Celestials – including Jupiter and Mars – have vanished from the Sol System, and she feels it’s her duty to learn what happened to them. On an unfamiliar planet and being hunted by two of the most powerful individuals on it – one a Black Hole, the other the King of the Criminal Underworld – Leadfoot seeks sanctuary with a strange group of people who work for a Witch. This Witch claims to be able to grant any wish – for the right price.
