Maxwell is surprisingly one of the characters who's gender I don't trans but I've seen it around and I respect you guys greatly. And like. Thinking about it. Actually very funny if he is trans and picked his name himself.
Because all the Gotch brother names are fucking stupid and like almost but not quite a name at best, right? And it's fucking hilarious how the only normal name came last, right?? As if they ran out of weird things and went okay fuck it normal name on the last one. In universe their names still do stand out as silly so I'm reading this as eccentric rich people behaviour. Obviously this is bc Murph made his character, called him Maxwell and then either he or Brennan or both of them ig decided ALL his brothers have the -well suffix and it sounds insane, but in universe it just seems crazy. BUT IF YOU MAKE HIM TRANS IT'S BECAUSE HE PICKED HIS OWN NAME. He was like well. I'm gonna have to have to -well suffix I'm still my father's son but I'm NOT gonna be named Cranewell it's time for a normal name. I will be Maxwell fuck you guys. Perhaps he even got (non transphobic) critique for being boring about it. The alternative is that he went father I'm a man and Longspot was like thank God, I fucked up with your bothers boy. I forgot about Maxwell until the very end. Samwell, Blanewell and Roywell were fine but then I ran out and resorted to Hatwell and Wealwell. I remembered Johnwell afterwards and thought I saved it and then remembered Maxwell exists. You HAVE to name yourself Maxwell please I fucking beefed it. Obviously this is a joke post you don't have to tell me this did not happen.
