These Queso Hamburgers are a cheesy and spicy twist on classic hamburgers. The queso cheese sauce, diced tomatoes, red onions, and pickled jalapeños add a burst of flavor that elevates this burger to a whole new level. Perfect for a fiesta-inspired meal!
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 hamburger buns. 1 cup queso cheese sauce. 1/2 cup diced tomatoes. 1/4 cup diced red onions. 1/4 cup sliced pickled jalapeos. Lettuce leaves for garnish.
Instructions: Warm up your grill or pan on the stove by setting it on medium-high heat. Shape the ground beef into 4 burger patties that are all the same size. Add salt and pepper to both sides. Cook the burgers on a grill or in a pan. For medium-rare, cook for about 4 to 5 minutes on each side. If you like your burgers more done, cook for longer. As the burgers are cooking, split the buns in half and toast them briefly on the grill or in a toaster. Take the burgers off the heat and let them rest for a minute after they're done the way you like them. Spread a lot of queso cheese sauce on the bottom half of each toasted bun before putting the burgers together. Put a burger patty on top of the bun that has queso on it. Diced tomatoes, red onions, pickled jalapeos, and lettuce leaves should be put on top of the burger. To finish putting it together, put the top half of the bun on top of the burger. Serve your tasty Queso Hamburgers right away and enjoy!
