Healthy habits and trying to keep a consistent schedule can help with stress and physical and emotional health. Good sleep 💤 hygiene can be a foundation to help with helping with your immunity. #QuestETT2 #QuestSquad #OnAQuest #ad @questnutrition @ericthetrainer So #sleeping before 10pm is not an option for me. I work late nights/overnights. And constantly busy. Especially as of late. I just finished up moving and now switching gears to #renovate. I've never been one to sleep 8hrs. No matter how tired. A typical rest session is anywhere between 4 - 6 hrs with maybe two days out of the month where I actually sleep longer. But by time I wake up after those short sleep periods I'm ready to go like I had 15 min cat nap. The two photos are from my Mother fellow #questy @furlonggordo ... no one is safe with her and her phone around. 🤣 As for a daily sleep routine. I don't really have one. I work and get things done until I'm tired which can be out of the ordinarily long by comparison to average folks. I've been like this for as long as I can remember.
