The final @questnutrition Challenge of the summer series with @ericthetrainer is all about..... 😴 . Yes! Sleep and how we prepare for it! This topic is near and dear to my heart because I used to struggle A LOT with going to sleep. It took me on average 2 hours to fall asleep 😫 every.night! Since starting Low Carb and then moving to Keto over 3 years ago this has been reduced to about 10-15min 🎰 What I‘m sure also helped besides reducing carbs was Intermittent Fasting! I don‘t eat between 7pm to noon/1pm the next day. I also try to either stop looking at my phone close to bedtime or wear anti blue light glasses. When all the stars align I also try to squeeze in some reading time! What do you do to prepare for bed?
