While I'm off I've been busy working on a #renovationproject not far off now from painting it's been a haul to clean walls etc. But it's all worth it in the end. Between the projects at home and the engineering of our garden space. Live it. | Staying healthy while stuck at home has been a challenge. I never thought I’d say this - I miss the gym! It's getting hot and I'm not a fan but I'm still going strong 💪 A little burn out cardio in the morning never killed anyone right? 🤣🤣 Some strength later with my workout buddy and going for some new weights since I'm feeling better every day. Still taking baby steps and staying mindful of my body and what I can/should do right now as I'm still healing. It's wierd but it's been almost two months since my surgery and while my new normal changes every day I'm thankful that I am still able to train even though it's very different right now. This has been a learning experience in being patient with myself as much as anything and I'm ready for things to be as back to normal as possible. Take a 1 min rest, then do it again 5 more times for 6 total rounds. Get u some!
