Question seeking answer
Is it possible to feel a mix of yearning and hearbreak without ever experiencing love in the first place?
Q&noa
Why is it that we want to embrace and hold onto the sadness once it comes and consumes us but when there is happiness we assume it to be bad if we enjoy it too much and try to stay cautious only to get more anxious over the sad times when they return? Why is it that we cannot hold onto the good things and try to keep them alive while we can but rather believe that there is only temporary happiness and longlasting sadness? Why is being sad so easy but being happy a long and hard accomplishment that you have to work and fight for and that there is only a small chance for us to actually reach that state? Why do we have it so hard to be content with ourselves and life?
