hey anon! It's quite easy to explain, a little controversial but was never meant with the wrong intentions

Spoilers (?) under the cut

The guardian angel Phu thinks he has is in reality Cir.

Cir kept close to Phu ever since he met him in high school. He never strayed far from him. If Phu lost something, Cir would find it and bring it back. If Phu forgot his umbrella, one would magically appear for him to use.

It could be interpreted as stalking, but given that Cir never meant any harm and just wanted to admire and care for him from afar, I don't classify it as stalking.

And also! Wim got close-ish to Phu on Cir's behalf, meaning whatever Wim learned about Phu, Cir learned too.
