Nothing like listening to coworkers complain about their Homeowner Problems and I know I'm expected to show some superficial sympathy even if it's just a noise but I can't I'm sorry how do you expect me to empathize Trevor, you're saving up to buy another place and become scum (a landlord) and you want me to feel bad that your theft (private property (inherited, by the way)) requires upkeep??? I don't get to get richer off my housing, I lose between 1/2 to 2/3 of my paycheck just to rent every month and I'm fucking lucky the ratio is that low. I am seeing red every time you say "passive income." I hope your first tenant is an arsonist and gets away with it
