I don't even know why i'm doing this or if anyone's even gonna see this. Idk. And my account wil probably get banned for this. Anyway.
just wanted to say that i'm tired. Tired of all the things happening around me while the world chooses to close its eyes and scream about palestine 24/7, yet half of them don't even care about palestinians. They're supporting it because it's the trend. Because it's what gets notes. And before someone calls me a zionist or whatever, i genuinely do not care. That's the least important thing that could happen to me right now.
And yes, i'd say it: i hate islam. I hate what islam has been used to justify in my country. I hate the system i grew up under.
And i swear i'll go insane if i get anyone saying "that's not the real islam 🤓" i need you to understand that i've been hearing that my ENTIRE life.
My. Entire. Life.
Muslims themselves made me feel this way fyi.
I am so tired of people who have never lived in a muslim country with a strict government trying to explain my own reality to me.
I hate that people—mostly westerners and whites? but honestly everyone at this point—chose to ignore the hell that was and still is happening in iran, afghanistan, and half the middle east as long as it's NOT palestine.
I hate that after months of internet blackouts, after people were killed by the government, after thousands of lives were destroyed, i came back online just to see people who have never lived through any of this defending the same systems that ruined our lives.
Like excuse me but imagine being born and raised here.
Growing up with state propaganda.
Growing up with gender discrimination.
Growing up with economic instability.
Growing up being told what you're allowed to wear, think, say, do.
And then after all that, some random person from some eurpoean country who has never experienced any of this calls your fight for freedom an "american-zionist movement."
are you people hearing yourselves???
do you read the news??? or do you only care about things when they're trending???
and no, this is not hate towards palestinians. I genuinely hope they get freedom and peace and everything they deserve.
I'm talking about how people are deciding what to care and what to ignore.
The people who suddenly became experts on the middle east two years ago and now talk over the people actually living here.
I've literally seen people commenting stuff like "lol i wish i didn't have to go to school either" under posts about afghan girls being denied education.
DO YOU UNDERSTAND WHAT IS HAPPENING THERE???
Girls are being denied education.
Women are being punished for what they wear.
Queer people can literally be criminalized or killed.
It's 2026. Why are we still having conversations that sound like they belong in the medieval era???
And don't even get me started on the economy. Honestly, if you love these governments and systems so much, maybe stop defending them from the comfort of your free country and try living under them first. Stop deciding what is good and what is bad for people who live there. Thanks.
